The program is structured around the POWER framework, which represents the five core development modules: Prepare Your Mindset, Own Your Values, Wield Your Words, Evolve Yourself, and Refresh Your Mind, Body, and Spirit. Each module focuses on a specific area of leadership growth and is delivered through cohort sessions that include activities, discussions, and practical application.

Module1: Prepare Your Mindset teaches leaders the importance of visualization, posture, positive thinking, and gratitude. Leaders learn that mindset shapes behavior, and behavior shapes results. This module emphasizes eliminating automatic negative thoughts and replacing them with intentional thinking and gratitude.

Module 2: Own Your Values focuses on authenticity, consistency, and identifying personal core values. Leaders define the values that guide their decisions and behaviors and learn how aligning personal values with organizational values creates belonging, unity, and stronger performance.

Module 3: Wield Your Words teaches that words have power and should be used to build others up, not tear them down. Leaders learn communication skills and the S.E.E.D. framework to handle conversations, conflict, and feedback through emotional connection and self-discovery.

Module 4: Evolve Yourself emphasizes personal responsibility for growth and development through goal setting using SMART goals and the Love Code goal framework. Leaders learn to act like the career they want, not just the job they have.

Module 5: Refresh Your Mind, Body, and Spirit teaches work-life integration, rest as a discipline, and maintaining personal energy and balance.

Together, the POWER framework develops leaders who are self-aware, values-driven, effective communicators, growth-oriented, and balanced, which ultimately defines a Cohesive Leader.
